Refunds
Please be aware that due to the nature of our products including the size, weight, delivery, installation & handling costs we have a strict return policy inplace so please be sure to double check that the sunbed meets your criteria prior to making a purchase. We have clearly displayed all weights sizes & dimensions for this purpose.
All our sunbeds are inspected and tested at our facility before delivery, once delivered please inspect your sunbed thoroughly on the off chance it may have been damaged in transit, please bear in mind once your sunbed has been used it can then be no longer be returned under any circumstances. Should you have any issues or damage upon arrival please contact us immediately and we will either fix or replace at our discretion.
When considering returning a sunbed please bare in mind that the fee for delivery it is approx. £70-100 (receipts will be supplied) and for our team to deliver and install it is £100-200 depending on your location & travel expenses. These may well be included within the purchase price but should you wish to make a return these fees / costs will be deducted from the final refundable amount to cover any expenses incurred by us. Also, the customer will need to arrange the return of the sunbed at their own expense.
Finally, any agreed return must be returned to us in the original packaging as it was delivered, preferably unopened and undamaged packaging. Once your sunbed arrives back at our facility it will be inspected by our staff to make sure it qualifies for the refund which can take 7-10 business days.
